Day 1: 16th May 2015 Arrive Vancouver (D)
Welcome to Canada! You will be met at Vancouver International Airport and transferred to your hotel. This evening meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers for a welcome dinner at your hotel. Two Night Stay: Four Seasons Hotel
Day 2: 17th May 2015 Vancouver Sightseeing (HB)
You’re Invited: Start the morning with a unique breakfast at the Vancouver Aquarium where there is an opportunity to view Beluga whales. Later enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver including Stanley Park, the waterfront, Gastown and Granville Island. Visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Park where you can make your way across this spectacular suspension bridge, 70 metres above the Capilano River, and join the award winning Treetops Adventure along a series of elevated walkways.
Day 3: 18th May 2015 Rocky Mountaineer – Kamloops (FB,L)
Set off on a two day rail experience on “The Most Spectacular Train Journey in the World”. Settle back in your SilverLeaf carriage (upgrade to GoldLeaf additional expense). Enter the Fraser Valley then follow the Thompson River towards Kamloops. Overnight Stay: Kamloops Hotel (as assigned by Rocky Mountaineer)
Day 4: 19th May 2015 Rocky Mountaineer – Banff (FB,L,D)
Continue your journey into the soaring, rugged snow-capped mountains. Marvel at the beauty of the glaciers, the shimmering lakes and thick, fertile forest sitting at the foot of these grand mountains before arriving into Banff. Day 5: 20th May 2015 Banff at Leisure (FB)

Day 6: 21st May 2015 Banff – Lake Louise (FB,D)
Take the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain where you will witness some inspiring views over the surrounding peaks and valleys. Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour including Bow River, the Hoodoos and Bow Falls before visiting some icons of the Canadian Rockies. See the glacier fed Emerald Lake and the spectacular Natural Bridge, which has been carved by the Kicking Horse River. Prepare yourself for one of the highlights of your journey as you arrive at Canada’s “Diamond in the Wilderness”, the beautiful Lake Louise. Day 8: 23rd May 2015 Glacier ‘Ice Explorer’ – Jasper (FB)
This morning we travel north along the Icefields Parkway, acclaimed as one of the most spectacular journeys in the world. Enjoy breath-taking mountain scenery as you pass rugged peaks and glaciers fringed by thick forest and shimmering lakes. We make a stop at the Columbia Icefield, North America’s largest sub-polar ice pack, where you’ll climb aboard the ‘Ice Explorer’ for a once-in-a-lifetime journey onto the mighty 300 metre thick Athabasca Glacier. The day’s end finds us in Jasper National Park, an alpine wonderland of pristine wilderness and an abundance of wildlife. Two Night Stay: Sawridge Inn (Balcony Room)
Day 9: 24th May 2015 Jasper (FB,HD)
Today you have the opportunity to explore Jasper and it’s surrounds. You’re Invited: This evening we journey to the foothills of Pyramid Mountain and experience an authentic Canadian Rockies Western style dinner followed by a wildlife and wilderness presentation and a short forest walk to try to find an icon of Canada, the beaver. Alternatively, take a relaxing rafting trip along the Athabasca River or a trip to the top of Jaspers peaks on the tramway (additional expense)
Day 10: 25th May 2015 Okanagan – Kelowna (FB,L,D)
Depart Jasper and head past the awesome, 3,954 metre Mt Robson. Continue through the Cariboo Mountains region and into the lush Okanagan Valley to Kelowna. Day 11: 26th May 2015 Kelowna – Whistler (FB,HD)
Travel through some scenic landscapes as the road meanders along the side of the Nicola River and through sandstone chasms. Follow the Thompson and Fraser River past the sleepy town of Lillooet to the charming alpine resort of Whistler Village. You’re Invited: Head to the Squamish Lilwat Cultural Centre for an authentic First Nations BBQ where you will learn more about the history and culture of the native Canadians. Day 12: 27th May 2015 Whistler at Leisure (FB)
Today is at leisure for you to explore the resort village of Whistler and experience one of the many attractions on offer. Day 13: 28th May 2015 Howe Sound – Victoria (FB)
Travel south along the Sea to Sky Highway, stopping at the awesome Shannon Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in British Columbia. Board the BC ferry and cruise through the Georgia Strait to Vancouver Island before arriving into Victoria, British Columbia’s capital city. Day 14: 29th May 2015 Victoria Sightseeing – Butchart Gardens (FB,D)
Today visit the world-famous Butchart Gardens, a 22 hectare showplace of magnificent, colourful gardens. A guide will welcome you and explain the garden’s history and flora then there is ample time to explore these gardens. Afterwards enjoy an orientation tour of Victoria’s Inner Harbour, Bastion Square, Beacon Hill and residential areas. Day 15: 30th May 2015 Seattle – 7 Night Alaskan Cruise (FB,D)
Transfer on the Victoria Clipper to Seattle. Perched on a thin strip of land at the mouth of Gold Creek, Juneau is arguably one of America’s most beautiful state capitals, with the looming summits of Mt. Juneau and Mt. Roberts providing a gorgeous backdrop.
Day 18: 2nd June 2015 Glacier Bay National Park (FB,L,D)
Early this morning your cruise ship enters the iceberg-strewn waters of Glacier Bay National Park, where thirteen spectacular glaciers flow from surrounding mountains into the waters of the bay. A National Park Service Ranger will help you spot wildlife, while pointing out sights and explaining glacier activity.
Day 19: 3rd June 2015 Sitka (FB,L,D)
Sitka is easily one of the most beautiful seaside towns in Alaska, and has a unique blend of Russian history and Tlingit culture.
Day 20: 4th June 2015 Ketchikan (FB,L,D)
Welcome to the salmon capital of the world! Part of the town is built along a steep hillside, part is built on pilings over the water where bald eagles watch from waterside perches.
Day 21: 5th June 2015 Scenic Cruising (FB,L,D)
Today is a day of relaxation as you cruise south to the stunning capital of British Columbia, Victoria.
Day 22: 6th June 2015 Depart Seattle (FB)
Disembark early this morning and transfer* to Seattle International Airport to board your homeward flight (book flight after 2pm) or consider taking in more of Seattle with a Seattle extension (additional expense).
